1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DramaIt ("DramaIt," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web application, audio creation tools, generated outputs, public pages, shared links, payment flows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DramaIt. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use DramaIt.
2.2 Account Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2.3 Login Gates
Shared links may allow guests to listen to certain audio without logging in. However, actions such as generating audio, opening Library, using a public creation as a style, using an output as reference audio, publishing, downloading, or purchasing credits may require login.
3. Service Description
DramaIt provides AI-powered audio generation tools. Depending on the current product version, features may include:
- Scene Studio for everyday creators to generate ads, game dialogue, podcast intros, ASMR, short stories, voiceovers, social audio clips, and other short audio scenes.
- Audiobook Studio for audiobook writers, including book or chapter upload workflows when available.
- Reference audio and reference image inputs to guide voice, tone, style, pacing, scene, or creative direction.
- Generated audio that may include multiple voices, background music, sound effects, emotional delivery, or scene ambience.
- Library, playback, download, share, public posting, and use-as-reference features.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Certain features may be labeled "Coming Soon," beta, experimental, or limited availability.
4. User Content and Your Responsibilities
4.1 Your Content
"User Content" means any prompt, script, manuscript, text, document, reference audio, reference image, cover, title, metadata, public post, or other material you upload, submit, provide, or make available through DramaIt.
4.2 Rights You Grant Us
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant DramaIt a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, transform, display, and use your User Content as necessary to provide, operate, improve, secure, and support the Services, including generating requested audio outputs.
4.3 Your Representations
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to submit User Content to DramaIt and to use, generate, publish, share, download, and commercialize any resulting outputs as you choose.
4.4 Sensitive and Restricted Content
You should not submit confidential, sensitive, private, or regulated information unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risks of AI processing. You may not submit content that violates law, third-party rights, these Terms, or our policies.
5. Generated Output
DramaIt may generate audio, text, metadata, covers, subtitles, or other output based on User Content and AI systems ("Generated Output"). Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of third parties, you may use Generated Output for personal or commercial purposes.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, similar to output generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Output before using, publishing, distributing, or monetizing it.
Do not use DramaIt to imitate a real person's voice, likeness, or identity without appropriate rights, permissions, or lawful basis.
6. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
6.1 Credit System
DramaIt may use credits to measure generation usage. Credits may be granted for free, purchased in packs, included in promotions, or provided as daily gifts. Unless stated otherwise, paid credits are one-time top-ups and are not a subscription.
6.2 Usage Calculation
Credit usage is generally based on generated audio length or other generation factors. We may set maximum usage per generation, daily gifts, account limits, and usage restrictions. Current pricing, credit amounts, and usage rules will be shown in the product or checkout flow and may change over time.
6.3 Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing credits or paid features, you agree to the price, taxes, payment terms, and any additional terms presented at checkout.
6.4 Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the checkout flow, purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are delivered or used. We may review refund requests at our discretion.
6.5 Promotions
Free credits, daily gifts, discounts, trials, or promotional credits may be changed, limited, revoked, or discontinued at any time. Promotional credits may have different expiration, transfer, or usage rules from paid credits.
7. Sharing, Public Content, and Community Inspiration
DramaIt may allow you to share a creation by link, publish a creation publicly, or make it available in Creative Inspiration or similar community areas. If you publish or share content, other users or guests may be able to view, listen, play, like, share, remix, use style, or use the audio as a reference where the product permits.
You are responsible for content you share publicly. We may remove, limit distribution of, or disable access to public or shared content that we believe violates these Terms, third-party rights, applicable law, platform integrity, or safety requirements.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use DramaIt for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
- Upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, voice rights, or other third-party rights.
- Impersonate people or entities, misrepresent affiliation, or generate deceptive voice content.
- Use another person's voice, likeness, image, personal data, or copyrighted work without necessary rights and permissions.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, login gates, payment requirements, security protections, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, resell, or misuse the Services or underlying models.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the Services.
- Use DramaIt to create content involving sexual exploitation, child safety violations, illegal threats, fraud, harassment, or other prohibited activity.

9. DramaIt Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, user interface, brand, logos, systems, templates, examples, visual identity, and technology, are owned by DramaIt or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Services unless expressly permitted.
10. Third-Party Services
DramaIt may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, AI processing, audio generation, email, and customer support. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using DramaIt, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that Generated Output will meet your expectations or be suitable for your intended use.
13. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DramaIt AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR USE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to DramaIt in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DramaIt from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, User Content, Generated Output, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights.
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using DramaIt at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, remove content, disable shared links, or restrict features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, caused harm, failed to pay, or used the Services abusively.
After termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. We may retain or delete User Content and Generated Output according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, and operational needs.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first and try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DramaIt operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
