4.2 Public and Shared Content

If you choose to publish a creation publicly or share a link, the relevant output, title, prompt or description, cover, uploader display information, upload time, popularity metrics, and related metadata may be visible to people who access that public page or shared link. Shared link viewers may be able to play the audio without logging in, depending on the sharing settings.

4.5 With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

5. AI Processing and Creative Inputs

DramaIt uses AI and audio generation technologies to process your prompts, scripts, reference audio, reference images, and other creative inputs. These inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI or infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of generating and improving the requested output, operating the service, preventing abuse, and maintaining security.

You should not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions necessary to use it with DramaIt. You should also avoid uploading sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or content you do not want processed by AI systems.

When you mark a creation as public or share a link, other people may see or hear the content associated with that creation. Keep private projects private unless you intend to share them.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

6.1 Storage and Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide DramaIt, maintain your account and Library, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and support business operations. You may delete certain content from your Library or request account deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and operational retention needs.

6.2 Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, logging, monitoring, and security review practices.

6.3 Security Limitations

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will be absolutely secure.
